TWITTER:
If you have a twitter account, you can click on the twitter feed icon at the top of the page or click here.

RSS FEEDS:
If you like news, you will love our RSS feeds. You can subscribe to our feeds using any RSS reader (such as Outlook, Apple Mail, FireFox, etc). We offer a feed for the whole site, or for the category you are interested in.
For the entire site feed you can do one of the following:
- click on the RSS FEED icon at the top of the page.
- click on this link: http://upstate-works.com/rss/all
To stay up-to-date with only the job categories you are interested in, you can do any of the following:
- click on the category tab that you are interested in (such as "Technology"). Once on that page click the "get the feed" icon.
- click on this link to get a listing of all of the feeds; click a feed to subscribe

MAC Dashboard Widget
We admit it... we are geeks! We love macs, so we have created a simple dashboard widget for all of the mac users out there. Simply click on the link below to download at install it. this widget currently lists all of the jobs posted. If there is enough interest we may create a version 2.0 which wold allow you to pick which categories you want to read about.
